
These days due to the financial crisis, we tried to cut down on our dining expenese by refraining ourselves from dining in resturants.
On last Thurs, we cooked a simple dinner, Yong Tau Foo Laska + Big onion Omelets. Simple yet Nice .. This year's resolution? we would like to have more home-cooked meals & eat healtier.
Recipe for e Yong Tau Foo Laska: 1. Put the laska paste in the cooking pot
2. Add 350 ml of water & 200 ml of coconut milk ( I use low fat )
3. Set to Boil
4. Add in your prawns, yong tau foo & veg into the boiling brooth
5. Wait for ingredients to cook
6. Ready to serve.
