Baked some muffins from my hardly used oven .. It turned out to be surprising tasty.. Here's some pics of them .. Yummy !! 
Instructions to Bake delicious Banana Muffins
(1) Whisk the 100g butter + 50g sugar + 1/4 salt
(2) Swift the 250g Cake Flour + 1 tsp of Baking Powder to the mixture
(3) Add 2 Eggs into the mixture , one at a time.
(4)Add 80 g Fresh Milk and continue to whisk till the mixture is smooth
(5) Add Banana & the Cream Cheeze to the mixture
(6) Pour into the muffin cups
(7) Bake 180 degree for 35 mins
Done !!
