Choux Pastry Recipe
We baked these durian puffs for snack on last Sat. It turned out to be suprisingly delicious.Yummmy .. We decorate them to make it cute to look at.. hahahha.
Here's the recipe tomake them.
Ingredients :
125m of water
30g Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
80g of plain flour
2 eggs
Method:
1. Prepare the chuox pastry. Heat the wate , butter & salt and stir until the butter melt.
2. Bring the mixture torolling boil and add te sifted flour all at time.
3. Sit vigorously with awooden smooth until the mixture leaves side of the pan & form a smooth dough
4. Remove from heat and cool slightly
5. Add the beaten egg , a little at a time , beating well with electric hand mixer after each addition.
6. Put heaped teaspoon of patry on a lightly greased oven tray.
7. Allow room for expansion. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 25 mins until risen and golgen brown.
8. Halved the puff & pump in the durian paste in it.
9. Done
