Tomorrow is a HOLIDAY !! At last something to cheer me up. These days, I am feeling very "not right" (Mayb too much med in my tummy)

Yesterday, went to one of those boring IT seminar & happened to bump into my ex sec school classmate. ...Eerr.. this is how part of the conversation went:

She : Hi Hi

Me : Erhhh .. Yes ?

She : U look like one of my classmates ..

Me : < eyes rolled > < thinking: Ai ya old trick lah !! Sales ppl always use this tatics to ask me to buy IT products from them !! Back off lah !! > Oh is it ?

She : this is my biz card

I took a quick glance at the card & it reads " Dai.... Lu...wei.. " I look at her with my eyes W-I-D-E O-P-E-N !!

Wau Seh !!She really looked like a different person. Right infront of me, is a Chio Bu, so well-groomed, men !! < whistle - whistle> !

To be frank, I almost fell off from my chair. I know people changed but not to that extend !! Anyway, I really feel happy for her. (She is now a Biz Development Manager & driving a Toyota Corrolla)

I try to be optimistic, I also have kar wat (legs in dialect) & even have a pair of it heh !! Hee !!

In the late evening, I received another good NEWS fm Lois that she has given birth to a chubby boy !!

Ouch !!

Had a SUPER Boring SUNDAY as my cough relapsed again and this time I was coughing so badly that I almost coughed out my lungs out. Glurp.. Mommy got worried & SEND me to BEST clinic In Teck Whye for treatment.

The doctor give me a injection, (Ouch !! it was much painful that I thot) and ordered me dun eat this & that. In short, I cannot eat EVERYTHING except soup noodles for two weeks till it fully recovered !! Sighz....

As for Ah Lip, he also fell sick, thanks to me of course !! so the two sick cats spent the whole SUNDAY Zzzzzz....

Today, I feel much better thou my arm still ache fm the injection, hopefully my cough heal fast.

Expectedly, I 'm not the lucky one to be chosen by God to win the Toto yesterday so today, I continue to slog to work. Sighz ......

OMG!! U see that ?? There's only ONE winner for the Grooooup 1 prize which mean this moron get to win $ 6 millions & can start declaring himself ( I reckon he muz be a MALE) a millionaire!! Why him & not ME !!


Looking back, I'm really a no-luck person. I've never won any prize in my life, be it a lucky draw contest, company dinner or 4D !! NEVER ONCE ON MY OWN !! Only once during Jean's wedding when we chipped in to buy her bridal car number, and I believe I won becoz she "borrowed" some luck to me not bcuz I'm heng heng. Mayb I dun "invest" enough to deserve to win, God knows.

Damnit !!

Damnit!! Promised myself not to use this forbidden word in my blog but today is exceptional !! Our company's mail system is down and apparently it is affecting the whole region offices !! Dammit!! (Ops! Second time that I burped out this word ) "When will this be restored ??" My users have been pestering me for this !! I hope I knew the answer !! It is really infuriating !

What could be worse, GG<5 is having sales today, U mean at this time when I was so tied up ?? But I need to go no matter what, so I grabbed my wallet & raced down to the shop (Well, sometimes, it helps if your workplace is in Suntec) When I reached there, do a quick scanning on the clothes, and disappointed to find not a single one can make it !! Wasting my time... Ghrugh !!!

I swear I am Totally Freaked Out !!

Today is really NOT my day !! Cry Cry... Ermmm.. wait a min, the connection resumed ? Yup it did .. At last, I see a ray of light .. This crisis is REALLY making my head spinning like e Tip Top ..

I need a BREAK !! Hear me Mr Teo, Mrs Teo is asking where is her next holiday destination? (I think it will cast a headache spell on Mr Teo after reading this blog post .. Muhahaha)

Recipes for Japanese Cooking

As promised, here's the recipes that I have compiled to share. Ermmm... Of all, I've only tried the Salmon Fish Roll on last week. Overall, Humm.. look abit "undelicious" with Zhao Tat here and there but it actually very tasty. Yummy !!

Bot this fm Daiso except the square non stick pan of course lah.
How can it be possibe to get such pan for $ 2!!!
Marinate the fillet in sweet cooking wine & dark soy sauce for 15 mins
Add mirin (sweet cooking wine) to the egg & beat the egg solution

Hey, not Zhao Tat lah coz I marinated with dark soy sauce so become so dark hor.
That Ah Lip har, was busily talking away so he didnt managed to catch me doing the pan fold on the egg roll, Wasted heh !! Or else, I can blog to show off on how I did it coz this needs abit of "Tian Fen" to do it heh - Muhahahaha !!

My Dream Phone..

Couldnt wait to blog this. Da Da..... I got my dream phone yesterday. Yupeee... I have been aiming for it but the price has been too high for me to afford. (Yes, Pauper Dawn couldnt afford anything > SGD 100)

Yesterday, while waiting for Lip to pick me up, I was thrilled to find out that the price finally dropped and duped Ah Lip to get for me !! Muhaha.. Today, I am the proud owner for Z610i ..Hooray!!

Ah Lip Suffering...

Yesterday, we almost overslept as Ah Lip set the alarm at 6:00 PM instead of AM !! Champion right? We jumped out of bed and rushed to the venue. Luckily, we made it on time for the race.

Captured some glimpse of Lippy's suffering on this L-O-N-G race.

For his categories, he needs to complete 10 km of Run, followed by 40 km on bike and another 5 km of run. Total time of sufferings: 2h 28mins and I think he finished off No.7 (Confirmed!) in his categories. No win lah coz u need to be within top 3 to win those tiny miserable trophies. Cheh !!

Here's the evidence of how small they REALLY are. Hey !! I actually ZOOM in to catch that Okay?? They are really that TINY as the pics appeared !!


Thoughout the race, I moved around, acting like those professional camera crew to get Lippy in action !! Managed to catch fews, heee but no pics of him on bike coz he rode like a flash or maybe I was catching some Zzzzz when he rode pass by me.

Le Mars, Iowa " on Ch 5 around 10am. The show is starring about how they help people to fulfil their dream. And yest, they are featuring on this particular ang mo who is diagnosed with the last stage of brain cancer, and his wife hope to invite all his friend from all over the world to meet him while he is still alive !! I'm nearly in tears .. it is really a nice show & worth catching throu it maybe abit early to wake up on a Sun morning to watch it.

Last Mon, I was reading " WO Bao" (or My Paper )and noted this articles with interest. This particular blogger (Yes, a guy, hum mayb a bit nerdy) flashed proudly his cheque that he received from Google. Yes, he was paid by Google for blogging !!that's AMAZING isnt it ??

Being a blogger for almost 1.5 years, I noted this news with excitement. U mean I can earn $$ from blogging? So, today, I decided to explore more on this option. Adsense is where I begin from. I registered my blog to Adsense and now pending for their approval before I can start putting Adsense on my blog.

That's sound Cool right? Jz imagine... what would I be if I really get rich from blogging, Humm.. I will quit my job and mayb get a nice house, go for monthly holiday and buy lots of lots of GUCCI bagSsssss... Maybe the GUCCI boutique will close an hr earlier to receive VIP Dawn so I can shop in peace ... Muhahaha.... Orh... okok.. will buy a TREK road bike for my dear to reward him la ..
